• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

• Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, inflation, or promotions.

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and may add other payment methods in the future.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.

• Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

• Delivery times may vary (typically 2–7 working days) depending on your location.

• Urdu Bazar Stationers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, weather, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• Certain products (e.g., pens, markers, and notebooks once used) may not be eligible for return.

• Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the error was from our side.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

• Refunds will be made via bank transfer or through the same method of payment (if applicable).
